Simple policy for refunds and cancellations.

We want to sell fairly. For manual packages, we confirm the work scope before execution. For subscriptions, cancellation applies from the next billing cycle.

  • Quick Report: refundable before the PDF is delivered.
  • Complete Report: refundable before complete exports are delivered.
  • Fix Sprint: refundable before manual work or platform access begins.
  • Growth Care: can be cancelled before the next billable month.
  • If a deliverable does not match the purchased package, we fix it or discuss a refund.
